We hate to see it but it happens, so here is all the info you need!

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. 
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. 
The cost of shipping is final.
To start a return, you can contact us at eltechichijewelry@gmail.com. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
In order for the Goods to be eligible for a return, please ensure:
  • The Goods were purchased in the last 14 days
  • The Goods are in the original packaging
  • The Goods were not used or damaged
  • You have proof of purchase
    El Techichi reserves the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions.
    The customer is responsible for the cost and risk of returning goods to El Techichi. 
    El Techichi cannot be held responsible for goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, an insured and trackable mail service is recommended.  El Techichi is unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the return or proof of received return delivery.
